The 4 Points
The Roof
On your roof, we look for any visible issues as well as the overall health of the roof. This could include missing or damaged shingles, metal rust, or more. We want to ensure there were no defective products distributed to your roof.
The Electrical System
We will examine all of the electrical components in your property to make sure that they are safe, functional, and up to code. This ranges from circuits to panels as we clarify there are no potential hazards or safety violations.
The Plumbing System
We will analyze both your outdoor and indoor plumbing pipes including both supply and sewage lines. We are looking to identify potential plumbing issues and ensure the system is up to code and free of any issues. Hose bibs, sinks, showers, and more are included.
HVAC Systems
HVAC systems are made up of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. We will clean and test all of the components to verify they work properly and don't show any signs of damage.
