Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) Inspection
During this inspection, we search your home for visible evidence of an infestation or any damage from WDO. We will detect which type of WDO is present, whether termites, beetles, or others. We will also assess signs of structural termite damage.
Radon Testing
Radon testing is a measurement done to detect the presence of radon gas in our homes. As the second leading cause of lung cancer, radon is an odorless, colorless gas that can only be detected by testing, and the Environmental Protection Agency recommends that everyone test their home.
Mold
Testing
A thorough inspection of your home to detect mold growth. If found, we will collect the mold samples from your home and analyze them to determine the specific type of mold. This also helps to find the extent of its growth along with its source.
